This is a case of a 36-year-old woman presenting with pain in the left lower abdomen, with a feeling of “something hanging” in the abdomen. Her periods were normal with regular bleeding.

She was diagnosed with a posterior wall fibroid measuring 7.5 x 7.3 cm, and was suggested surgery.

Besides the fibroid, she also complained of piles, skin tags, and irregular bowel movements. There was a peculiar saddle-shaped rash on her face as well.
